Here are a few important ones, that
you should know:
1. Do not
ride on the sidewalk! At all!
2. No, you
cannot have a passenger, even if the bike was designed to carry
one.
If you want a
passenger, get a motorcycle operators permit
and a motorcycle..
3. Your
headlight must be on at all times
4. You cannot
ride in a bicycle lane. Rules of the road are the same as an automobile.
5. You must
have a valid drivers license
6. You can
only park at bike racks if you have a moped plate, must say "moped"
on the license plate
Of course,
the law of gravity always applies, so wear a helmet.
Now, don't
say you were not warned when the Moped Nazi pulls you over and
gives you a ticket.
